el bulli

several years ago i heard about el bulli hotel somewhere in southern spain. after a bit of research i found it, Hacienda Benazuza (el bulli hotel). its adria's kitchen inside a boutique hotel in the andalucian countryside. everything is grown, raised and produced on site for the chef. reservations are necessary, but thanks to "la crisis" we were able to make them. dinner was unforgettable. a couple of our favorites above; deconstructed gazpacho and these crazy explode in your mouth olive orbs.
