sevilla

we started our road trip through andalucia in sevilla. driving it would have taken 6 plus hours, but we hopped on a fast train and two dexter episodes later and we were pulling into train station. sevilla is gorgeous; a medieval city but modern in all the right places (public transportation; free bikes; bike lanes; recycle programs.) we stayed in yet another castle (yawn) and mitch even got starwood points.
