Road Trip

we just got back to madrid from our road trip through portugal and galicia (northwest spain.) that's our mini cooper which mitch rocked the whole way without getting a single ticket. lisbon is the city picture. its a very sweet city and has a sister bridge to the golden gate with similar weather as s.f. as well, so we felt right at home. we drove up to the douro valley after lisbon and were awestruck by the terraced hillsides of vines. it is spectacular wine country. the pic of the river was taken from our hotel room.
