we cashed in all our starwood points and have been living at one of the grandest madrid hotels for the last 10 days - Dylan McKay at the Beverly Hills Hotel style. in a bizarre twist of fate, we met the old GM of the Palace in Park City before we left and he hooked us up even more. Our suite is gigantic. The first couple days we were here the NBA of Spain was staying here so there were lots of kids in the lobby waiting for autographs. anyway, its been a great starting point for our adventure. we move into our apartment tomorrow!!
