After San Sebastian we drove up the coast to a tiny town close to biarritz called bidart. the weather was moody and the water was freezing, but it didnt stop the boys.

Who we are

- We decided on our first date that we would live abroad together. Since then we got engaged, married and busier than ever. 5 years after that first date we are making our dream come true. We chose to move to Madrid because we wanted to be in a big city again, we wanted to speak spanish, and we wanted to be in a country that prioritized quality of life. We decided to keep a blog to keep a record of our adventures mostly for our personal files, but also for those of you who are bored and need to waste a few minutes. This adventure started on January 1, 2009. April is the writer and Mitch is the photographer.
