whole roasted chicken take 2 happened tonight. mitch was able to negotiate (in spanish) with the butcher to have him cut the feet and head off this time. it was a huge success unless you are a leg guy/gal in which case plucking feathers from your dinner isn't probably what you are into.

the evolution of chef mitch
whole roasted chicken take 2 happened tonight. mitch was able to negotiate (in spanish) with the butcher to have him cut the feet and head off this time. it was a huge success unless you are a leg guy/gal in which case plucking feathers from your dinner isn't probably what you are into.
